MAKEUP ARTISTRY
Please be sure to carefully read all policies and fees listed before inquiring. Once payment of the booking fee has been taken, both parties are in agreement to all stated policies and fees on this page.
G E N E R A L
BOOKING FEE
In order to hold your date on my schedule, a $50 Booking fee is required. This fee is separate, in addition to the service pricing, and does not go towards total service pricing. The Booking fee is non-refundable, and non-transferrable, it is to be paid before a quote is sent and consultation has been arranged.
This Booking fee covers holding your date, mileage to and from appointment location within the greater Prince George area, as well as clean up on the service date.

RETAINER
Once the Booking Fee has been paid and the Quote has been sent and accepted, you will be scheduled in for an immediate in-person or virtual consultation to discuss the Glam goals and Day-of Timeline.
After the services and policies are agreed upon and the contract is signed, a Retainer will be taken and put toward the final service total agreed upon in the Contract.

PAYMENT
We will be exclusively accepting CASH ONLY for payment. Pay a $5 surcharge for use of debit/credit.
E-transfer is only accepted for Booking fee & Retainer, otherwise a .07% surcharge will be added to the total.
D I S C L A I M E R
This is a binding contract once payment has been received.
All inquires and correspondences will go through email. Please take care to check ALL of your folders including Junk/Spam for responses. We are not responsible for missed or lost emails.
LATE FEE
Are you running behind? Communication is KEY! We offer a 15 minute grace period to clients that have contacted us via phone call regarding lateness. If clients will be over the 15 minute mark, a $20 late fee will be applied to the service total.
Clients that are over 30 minutes late that have not got in contact with us will be subject to their appointment being cancelled, and will result in a NO CALL / NO SHOW.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW FEE
Clients that fail to provide 48hrs notice for cancellation or reschedule, will forfeit their Retainer and will be subject to pay a $100 NO SHOW fee in order to book in the future.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment make it very difficult to fill the booked out time, therefore resulting in a total loss of income for BiteMe Beauty & Bling.
AT LEAST 48HRS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO AVOID :
- a forfeit of Retainer
- payment of NO SHOW FEE
- possible refusal to future bookings
SICKNESS
We understand that life happens and some things can not be controlled, Sickness is a pain in the behind and we completely respect if you have been affected and are unable to attend your appointment. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment within 48hrs to avoid loss of retainer. This includes runny noses, coughs, cold sores, eye infections, etc...
Clients that refuse to follow our policy and show up to appointments displaying signs of sickness will be required to pay the full service amount and will be sent home.
If you are unable to give appropriate notice you will be required to re-book, and depending on the situation you may be subject to our NO SHOW fee.
TRAVEL FEE
All travel pricing is based out of Prince George, BC. Please keep this in mind when inquiring about services. A quote will provided upon location request.
I am available for travel to your desired location anywhere across Northern British Columbia, and beyond. Our Travel fee is $.75/km for appointments booked outside of Prince George city limits 30 km+. We will require an overnight Lodging fee for destination appointments beyond a 2 hour drive from
Prince George, BC.
All Destination Wedding services will require both flights, and at least two nights accommodations.
* To receive on-site services you must meet the minimum booking fee of $600.
MUA ASSISTANT FEE
If you are looking to book a party larger than 5 people, a Makeup Artist assistant will be required. If a second Makeup Artist is required I will do my best to source out another MUA, but I will not be responsible for hiring another artist.
There will be no opportunity to add last minute attendees to the party. Please be sure of number of faces to be done before sending the Contract.
A quote will be provided once the Artist has been sourced.
* An early start time/ fee may be required for parties larger than 5 people, please inquire before signing your Agreement.
CONSULTATION
A Consultation is required when booking a Special Event service such as Bridal / Grad / Prom / Professional photography / Film and other BIG camera moments. This service is complementary and is offered in person or on virtual call.
Once you have read through and agreed to the Terms, you will have 7 days to sign the Contract and send the Retainer. Once sent, the Agreement becomes a binding Contract and your date is locked into my schedule!

CELL PHONES
While you are encouraged to use your cell phone or tablet to share reference photos, once your service has started phone use is not permitted. If you would like to film content for your social media please mention this in your booking inquiry to ensure there is appropriate time scheduled.
Your service rate is based on a time frame. Excessive phone use during our session may result in your service to run longer! Clients may be subject to late fee.
Please come to your appointment with respect for both of our time!
SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE
I'd love your permission to share our session's photos, videos, or other visual content on my social media pages like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
I would appreciate all credit to be given to BiteMe Beauty & Bling for any / all photos, videos, collaborations or media created and distributed including our artistry.
