Are you looking to Glam yourself up but need more details? Look no further, we have some Frequently Asked Questions answered here down below!
Q : How long have you been doing Makeup, and what school did you attend?
A : I completed the Media Makeup program at the John Casablancas Institute Vancouver BC, in 2014 and have been an active Makeup Artist for nearly 10 years.
Q : Do you offer Hair services?
A : Yes we do! I offer basic Dry hairstyles including simple up-do & half up looks. We have accessories and hair care products available for purchase. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer hairstyle add-on for Weddings.
Q : Do you travel outside of Prince George, BC?
A : Absolutely! As a traveling Artist I am able to Glam you up wherever you are! contact me about Travel in your booking inquiry and I will be happy to accommodate your request. A quote will be sent with the booking contract.
Q : How far out am I able to book?
A : I will only be booking within the calendar year. I may be able to make exceptions.
Q : Can you do a partial Makeup application?
A : Unfortunately I do not offer partial makeup applications. When clients come with makeup already applied I am unable to guarantee the quality. I do not feel as though this accurately represents my work.
I require you to come to your appointment with a fresh, bare and moisturized face. If you choose to modify or change features of your makeup afterwards you will still be required to pay the full service rate.
Q : Can you use my personal Makeup?
A : I would prefer to use the makeup and tools from my kit! If you have any skin sensitivities and use specific hypoallergenic makeup, please let me know in your booking inquiry and I will be happy to accommodate you.
Q : Do you provide lashes, or am I required to purchase my own?
A : False lashes are included with every Makeup service! We offer a range of different lash styles and lengths, whether you are interested in a classic whispy look, or something a little more dramatic like faux mink, there is a lash for everyone.
Q : Do you offer Makeup Lessons?
A : I offer personal and group lessons, as well as beauty tool and product recommendations. Please see LESSONS toggle in Makeup menu!
Q : Do you do Halloween Makeup?
A : Unfortunately I am often very busy around Halloween and usually only have time for 2 - 3 clients. Makeup capability is dependent on the request. Please inquire about Halloween Makeup for special rates.
Q : Will you stay on location for my event/shoot?
A : I am available to stay on location after services are performed for a special rate. Please inquire about day rates for special event & photoshoot availability.
Q : Will you be able to wash & blow dry my hair?
A : I only offer Dry Hair styling services to my clients. You must come to your appointment with clean, dry hair. A fee will be added to your total for the extra time needed to dry hair.
Q : Do you provide Hair Extensions?
A : At this time I will not be providing Hair extensions for your Hair Styling service. If you have your own clip-in extensions to bring to your service I am able to install and style them for you. If you would like help with colour matching your hair for clip-ins I would be happy to assist you!
